Delivery Information

Home Help Delivery Information

Items held in stock to be delivered within 1-2 working days where possible. Items that need to be ordered from Renault UK may take 2-3 working days. Contact us before ordering to confirm.

Our delivery times run from Monday to Friday. The cut-off time is 1 pm daily.

Delivery to England, Scotland (excluding some areas, see below), and Wales is calculated within the basket; UK Zone A & B is £6.98, no matter the order value.

UK Zone C & D, Highlands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man areas are also calculated within the basket.

All our deliveries are made by DHL. Tracking number(s) and links to the DHL website are sent once the parcel has been collected, both by email and text message (if a mobile telephone number has been supplied).

When we stock the items and you put an order in before 1 pm on a working day (Tuesday), you will receive your order the following working day (Wednesday). This applies to standard UK delivery zones, some areas may take two days.

Items which are not available in the UK will take longer than 48 hours. We will inform you within 48 hours of the order if the part is on back order.

For orders to Jersey, please contact us and we can confirm prices without vat and postage charges.

International Orders

Carriage Costs are quoted within the checkout. All orders outside of the UK are subject to customs charges in the country. Extra charges may apply for you to receive the order in your country.

Product status – Available on back-order

Any parts listings with the status showing as ‘available on back-order’ means that the part is currently out of stock in the UK. These parts have no confirmed delivery date. We would estimate delivery within 2-5 weeks from experience but this is not a guarantee.
