Flexible protector. 2 side adhesives and an object holding strap. This storage compartment, completely waterproof, attaches to the luggage compartment side trim and allows you to easily store the charging cable.

When empty, it folds up and takes up virtually no space.

Items held in stock to be delivered within 1-2 working days where possible. Items that need to be ordered from Renault UK may take 2-3 working days. Contact us before ordering to confirm.

Our delivery times run from Monday to Fridays. The cut off time is 1pm daily.

Delivery to England, Scotland (excluding some areas, see below) and Wales is calculated within the basket, UK zone 1 is £5.88, no matter the order value.

UK zones 2&3, Highlands, Northern Ireland & Isle of Man areas also calculated within the basket.

All our deliveries are made by DHL Parcel UK. Tracking number(s) and links to the DHL Parcel UK website are sent once the parcel has been collected, both by email and text message (if a mobile telephone number has been supplied).

When we stock the items and you put an order in before 1pm on a working day (Tuesday) you will receive your order the following working day (Wednesday). This applies to standard UK delivery zones, some areas may take two days.

Items which are not available in the UK will take longer than 48 hours. We will inform you within 48 hours of the order if the part is on back order.

International Orders

Cost is calculated in the basket. If you wish to confirm pricing before ordering please contact us with the full address and items needed.

Parts Warranty

All products unless stated are supplied via Renault UK and come with a 12 month Renault parts warranty from the invoice date.

Renault parts warranty concerns can be dealt with at any Renault UK dealer via appointment.

You will need to provide the Renault invoice we supply with the order. If you do not have this, please contact us and we can supply a copy via email.

Returns Policy

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 working days* following the day you receive the goods by completing our Returns Form.

* working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please note: Parts that have specially ordered (for example left hand drive products) are non returnable.

How The Returns Process Works

1). Contact Us using this form (click here) and complete our Returns Request Form
2). We will contact you and give you details on how to return your order
3). You must pay all return carriage costs (except for when an item has been supplied in error)
4). Your items must be complete and in ‘as new’ condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.
5). Please allow up 14 days from the date you return your order to us to process the return

Please do not return any item to us before completing this form.

Refunds Policy

A full refund of your purchase price (with original delivery charge) will be completed, subject to receiving the goods back in satisfactory condition and following the Returns process above.

We will only refund your order to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

Please allow up to 3-6 working days for a refund to show on your account.
